Who will deliver our order?

Officeville has contracted with UPS. UPS has the largest ground delivery distribution network in the United States.

What will my shipping costs be?

You will receive free delivery from Officeville on all orders over $50.00. If you order is under $50.00 the shipping charge will be $7.00.

When will my order ship?

If your order is placed by 3:00 p.m. local time (later in some areas), your order will ship the same day for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 3:00 p.m. local time, it will generally ship the following day.

What if I don’t receive my products on the next business day?

Generally this occurs for any of three reasons:

Your order was not placed prior to your local cut-off time,
Your ship-to address is outside the UPS next day delivery area,
The requested item(s) are currently on back order

When is the latest I can place my order to ensure next day delivery?

The earliest cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. local time. However, many areas have later cut-off times. Please contact your Customer Care Representative for further details.

Does Officeville ship outside the U.S.?

What are Officeville’s payment terms?

Officeville’s payment terms are “Due Upon Receipt”. Officeville will assess a late payment charge at a rate of 1 ½ % per month on all amounts that 30 days past due from the invoice date. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Will sales tax be applied to my order?

Any customer located in the state of Michigan and California will be charged sales tax on their invoice. Customers located outside Michigan and California will not be charged sales tax. Any tax-exempt organizations in the State of Michigan or California must supply Officeville with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate prior to placing your first order. How do I return an item?

Returning items is a four-step process:

Request a Return Authorization (RA) number,
Place item in original packaging,
Place RA number on a label on the package.
How long does it take to have a return item(s) picked up?
