Officeville Shipping and Delivery Policy

Officeville offers free delivery for orders over $50.00. Any orders below $50.00 will be charged a $7.00 shipping charge.

Clinical and medical supplies require a minimum order of $250.00 to qualify for free shipping, with the exception of orders over 100 pounds, which will follow the standard rate of shipping. Orders below $250.00 will be charged a $15.00 shipping charge.

Officeville utilizes the Nationwide Express Delivery (NED) program. This delivery service ships 99% of our products utilizing the United Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery service. Most items will be delivered the next business day if order is complete by 4:30 PM local time (This time may be later in some areas. Contact your customer care representative for more details). Orders completed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following business day.

Larger items over 500 pounds or outside of UPS size limitations are shipped common carrier and will require a longer delivery time. Customer is responsible for shipping charges related to any overweight and oversized items.

Officeville Payment Terms

Officeville’s payment terms are “Due Upon Receipt”. Officeville will assess a late payment charge of 1½% per month on all amounts that are past due 30 days from the invoice date.

Officeville accepts payment by check, money order, ACH or the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.

Officeville reserves the right to impose credit limits and terms subject to Officeville’s credit policies, which may be amended from time to time.

In the event collection services are required, the customer expressly agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and/or attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the collection of this account.

Officeville Return Policy

100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days and request a refund, a product exchange, or a credit equal to your original purchase price.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Call your customer care representative at (800) 536-8455 to obtain this RA number. A restocking fee of $10 may apply.

All returns must be sealed in the original carton or tote. If any of the above conditions are not met, Officeville reserves the right to withhold credit on the return.

Any returns due to Officeville’s error (damage, wrongfills, shortages) will be returned without any shipping charge.

Any returns unrelated to an Officeville error, will result in the customer’s responsibility for any related charges for shipping and handling the item(s) to Officeville’s distribution centers.

Any defective merchandise, under manufacturer’s warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

All food items, even in the original container, are not returnable. No credit will be issued for any food item returned to Officeville except in the case of Officeville’s error.

Not-Listed Special-Order merchandise, seasonal merchandise, such as dated goods, discontinued merchandise, and special promotional items not normally stocked by us are not returnable except in the case of Officeville’s error.

Customer Error Merchandise – Officeville will happily issue credit for returned merchandise provided the product is in restockable condition. We consider a restockable item to be one that you would deliver with confidence to your best and most important customer. (See Definition of Restockable below)

Sales Tax Responsibility

The Customer shall be responsible for any state or local sales and/or use tax that results from products purchased from Officeville.

Any customers located in the state of Michigan or California will be charged sales tax on their invoice.

Any tax exempt organizations in the State of Michigan and California must supply Officeville with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate prior to placing any order.


Restockable Items:

Must be clean and free of dents, scratches, holes, tears, cracks, stickers, labels, price tags, etc.

Should be unused

All parts, hardware, instructions, warranty cards, etc. must be included.

Must be in its original packaging (carton, wrap, protection, or sleeve supplied by the manufacturer).

Carton & Packaging :

Must be free of writing, such as “Sold To”, RA number, or “Return To”, etc.

Must be free of holes, cuts, tears, etc.

Must be free of excessive tape or odd tapes (i.e. duct or Christmas tape, etc.)

Furniture cartons must be opened properly, preferably by opening the carton flaps. Never cut the furniture cartons around the bottom or down the sides.

All internal packaging (i.e. bubble wrap, cardboard corners, tops and side strips) must be in place.

Knock Down Items:

Ready to assemble furniture is not returnable if the manufacturer’s carton has been opened, and the contents have been removed for assembly, or the item has been assembled.

Electronic Items:

Electronic items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. These manufacturer terms and conditions are enforced upon Officeville. If the manufacturers will not honor credit due us, we reserve the right to deny such credit to the Customer.

We will make every effort to handle these items. However, most manufacturers only offer repair service and we cannot sell manufacturer’s repaired product to our customers as new.

At Officeville, we want to ensure our customers that we value your privacy. Whether you call us on the telephone or purchase through our website at www. , rest assured that your personal account information will be kept private. We use the personal information that we have collected to assist us in personalizing your shopping experience.

Your personal information will be used to process you orders and to identify you within our systems. We may use your email address to notify you if we have any questions on an order or if we need to update you on any new services or promotions.

Any information that is transmitted using our website (i.e. your credit card information) is secured using the latest technology in software encryption and security.

To help ensure that your information is kept private we also suggest that you monitor the release of your customer identification number and password .

We may request that our customers complete a survey from time to time. These surveys are optional. We use the information gathered on these surveys to help Officeville become the best office products supplier in the United States.
